Production method: various process routes can be used in the preparation method. The product can be prepared by the reaction of dichloroacetic acid with chlorosulfonic acid, the reaction of chloroform with carbon monoxide catalyzed by anhydrous aluminum trichloride, the reaction of dichloroacetic acid with phosgene in dimethylformamide, and the oxidation of trichloroethylene. Trichloroethylene and azodiisobutyronitrile (catalyst) were heated to 100 ℃, oxygen was introduced, and the reaction was carried out under the pressure of 0.6MPa. The oil bath temperature was maintained at 110 ℃ for 10h, and dichloroacetyl chloride was evaporated under normal pressure. The by-product trichloroethylene oxide can also be converted into dichloroacetyl chloride by the reaction with methylamine, triethylamine, pyridine and other amines.
