TAIC is a multifunctional olefin monomer containing aromatic heterocycles, widely used as a crosslinking agent, modifier Chemicalbook, and vulcanizing agent for various thermoplastic plastics, ion exchange resins, special rubbers, as well as an intermediate for photocurable coatings, photosensitive corrosion inhibitors, flame retardants, etc. It is a widely used additive for new polymer materials.

It can be used as an auxiliary crosslinking agent and irradiation auxiliary crosslinking agent for rubber and plastics, which is effective in improving crosslinking degree and reducing radiation dose. 2. TAIC is a good vulcanizing aid for ethylene propylene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene, polyolefin, and other vulcanizing agents using peroxide as the vulcanizing agent. 3. It has a certain sensitization effect on the irradiation crosslinking of PVC and can be used as a light radiation crosslinking agent or photosensitizer. 4. A coupling agent for peroxide cured Chemicalbook reaction. 5. Due to the high crosslinking density of TAIC homopolymer, it is widely used in the industrial production of adhesives, cables, paper, and organic glass to enhance the strength of other matrices during the polymerization process. 6. 1) Crosslinking and modification of polyolefins: The crosslinking and modification of 4.5 polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polystyrene can improve heat resistance, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, etc. 2) Auxiliary vulcanization of special rubber: Special rubbers such as ethylene propylene binary or ternary rubber, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber, polyurethane, etc. are vulcanized using TAIC as auxiliary vulcanizing agent (DCP combined). Generally, using a Chemicalbook content of 0.5-3% can significantly shorten vulcanization time, improve mechanical properties, wear resistance, weather resistance, and solvent resistance. 3) Crosslinking agent for unsaturated polyester fiberglass: Using a small amount of TAIC as a crosslinking agent for hot pressed unsaturated polyester fiberglass can significantly improve heat resistance and mechanical strength, and the heat resistance can be increased to over 200 ℃. 4) Internal plasticizer of polystyrene: copolymerization and inversion with TAIC
