Combustible in case of open fire and high heat. It can react with oxidant. It is decomposed by high temperature and gives off poisonous gas. It is easy to self polymerize, and the polymerization reaction increases rapidly with the increase of temperature. In case of high heat, the internal pressure of the container will increase, which may cause cracking and explosion.

Operation precautions: airtight operation and full ventilation. Prevent vapor from leaking into the air of the workplace. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by the operation rules. It is suggested that operators should wear self-priming filter type gas mask (half mask), chemical safety protective glasses, rubber acid and alkali resistant clothing and chemical resistant gloves. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Use of explosion proof ventilation system. Welding, cutting and other operations shall not be carried out before removing liquid and vapor. Avoid smoke generation. Avoid contact with oxidants. Fire fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment of corresponding variety and quantity shall be provided. The empty container may contain harmful substances.

Storage precautions: store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep the container sealed and do not contact with air. It should be stored separately from oxidant and avoid mixed storage. Fire fighting equipment of corresponding variety and quantity shall be provided. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable storage materials.
