Leakage emergency treatment：

Close operation, pay attention to ventilation. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by the operating procedures. It is suggested that operators should wear self-priming filter type gas mask (half mask), chemical safety protective glasses, anti poison penetration work clothes and rubber oil resistant gloves. Keep away from fire and heat source. No smoking in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation system and equipment. Prevent vapor leakage into the workplace air. Avoid contact with oxidants and acids. When carrying, it should be loaded and unloaded lightly to prevent the package and container from being damaged. Fire fighting equipment of corresponding variety and quantity and leakage emergency treatment equipment shall be provided. Empty containers may contain harmful substances.

   Hazard characteristics: its vapor and air can form explosive mixture, which is easy to burn and explode in case of open fire and high heat. It reacts violently with oxidant. It is easy to self polymerize, and the polymerization reaction increases rapidly with the increase of temperature. Its vapor is heavier than air, it can spread to a considerable distance at a lower place, and it will catch fire and burn back in case of fire source. In case of high heat, the internal pressure of the container will increase, and there is a risk of cracking and explosion.

    Fire fighting method: Firefighters must wear gas masks and full body fire fighting suits to put out the fire in the upwind direction. Move the container from the fire site to the open area as far as possible. Spray water to keep the containers cool until the fire is over. In case of discoloration or sound from safety relief device, the container in fire site must be evacuated immediately. Spray the escaping liquid with water to dilute it into a non combustible mixture, and protect firefighters with fog water. Fire extinguishing agents: water, mist water, anti foaming foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide and sand.
