Acryloyl chloride is an organic compound with active chemical properties. Due to the carbon carbon unsaturated double bond and chlorine atom group in the molecular structure, it can produce many types of chemical reactions, and then derive a variety of organic compounds. Generally speaking, acryloyl chloride can be used as a widely used intermediate material in organic synthesis, so its reprocessing margin is large. If acryloyl chloride is reacted with acrylamide, n-acetylacrylamide with important industrial value can be prepared.
Production method:
acrylic acid and phosphorus trichloride are reacted, the molar ratio of acrylic acid and phosphorus trichloride is 1:0.333, the two are mixed and heated to boiling. Slowly cool the reaction mixture to 60-70 ℃. The reaction time was 15 min, and then the reaction time was 2 h at room temperature. The reaction product was obtained by distillation of heavy fraction under reduced pressure (70-30 kPa). The yield was 66%.
