Trichloroethylene and azodiisobutyronitrile (catalyst) were heated to 100 ℃, oxygen was introduced, and the reaction was carried out under the pressure of 0.6MPa. The oil bath temperature was maintained at 110 ℃ for 10h, and dichloroacetyl chloride was evaporated under normal pressure. The by-product trichloroethylene oxide can also be converted into dichloroacetyl chloride by the reaction with methylamine, triethylamine, pyridine and other amines.
